I worked at CovidActNow.org for 2 years, where I owned and maintained the COVID data pipeline and API responsible for $800k+ annual revenue and 1 million+ monthly website visitors.
Starting as a volunteer data engineer while finishing college, I wrote scrapers to collect, transform, and surface COVID-19 data from local health departments.
Over the next two years, I grew into a fullstack role where I built serverless REST APIs, and developed frontend features to deliver timely and accurate COVID-19 guidance to individuals, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.
